Finding Your Voice Assessment
Certain warning signs can alert you when you’ve lost your voice—clues that indicate you are losing or have already lost a part of yourself. How many of these top 10 ring true for you? You know you are losing your voice when you are:
- Not getting your needs met, either physically—like sleep or sex; emotionally, with your family or partner; or financially, in your work or marriage.
- Feeling trapped and without choices in your job, in your relationship, or in your life.
- Distracted and unable to focus and be in the moment.
- Resentful and angry but can’t figure out why.
- Always tired because you are emotionally and physically drained.
