Yoga
Yoga has changed my body, my mind and my life. For me, yoga has created healing, not only physically but emotionally and spiritually as well. After over 20 years in the Health and Fitness field teaching high impact aerobics, kickboxing, weight training and spinning, I feel I have finally come home to yoga.
Today, as a certified yoga teacher, Diane empowers people to live their most authentic life, both on and off the mat. She fell in love with the detoxifying effects of Bikram and then the flow of Vinyasa. Her style of teaching has now expanded to incorporate the principles of Anusara Yoga, especially the first one, Open to Grace. She completed her Anusara–Inspired Certification in November 2009.
