Yoga
Yoga has changed my body, my mind and my life. For me, yoga has created healing, not only physically but emotionally and spiritually as well. After over 20 years in the Health and Fitness field as an instructor teaching high impact aerobics, kickboxing, and spinning, I feel I have finally come home to yoga.
After practicing yoga on and off for many years, Diane completed her certified teacher training at Samhadi Center for Yoga in Denver, Colorado in 2006.

She teaches a variety of levels mostly in the vinyasa style, which means flow. Her classes have a gentle intensity with a flow of movement to build core strength, as well as flexibility in the spine, joints, and most importantly, the mind. This practice encourages a meditation in movement where you can allow yourself to get out of your head and into your body by being present to your breath, your strength, and your flexibility. Diane currently teaches yoga classes in Denver at Clayton Center Foundation on Tuesday evenings and Denver University on Wednesday evenings.
